Namoh Kongdhana
Vanilla ice Film Co., Ltd.
Director, Photographer and Founder

Namoh Kongdhana is a director and photographer whose work navigates the boundary between reality and dream. Rooted in surrealist sensibilities, she explores how ordinary objects—old clothes, forgotten books, or small things found on the street—can be transformed into quiet worlds of imagination. Her visual language grows from years spent in a multicultural environment, where shifting landscapes, people, and fragments of everyday life continually shape the stories she creates.

She earned First-Class Honours in Performance Design and Practice from Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London, an experience that deepened her interest in blending performance, visual art, and cinematic form. Through stillness or movement, she seeks moments where emotion, space, and symbolism intersect.

Her works have been recognised internationally: her photographs have been shown in Berlin, Germany, and her films screened at the Independent Shorts Awards in Los Angeles, USA. She has also presented work at The Artery of Greater Victoria in Canada and at HOP – Hub of Photography in Bangkok, Thailand.

In her practice, Namoh continues to experiment bending materials, testing light, and reshaping narratives. She aims to create images that ask viewers to pause, breathe, and step into a world where the familiar becomes slightly unreal, and where imagination quietly leads the way.
