With over 30 years of professional experience in Thailand, Natasha is a seasoned strategic operations leader with a proven track record of optimizing processes and driving organizational efficiency. Driven by the principle that ‘Quality means doing it right when no one is looking,’ she is committed to excellence and efficiency.

She currently works as the Operations Director for ADI Resourcing Co., Ltd., one of the leading IT outsourcing, recruitment, and consulting agencies in Southeast Asia. ADI leverages over a decade of experience and more than 1,000 passionate professionals with extensive expertise to best serve clients’ needs. With a presence in nine countries and over 150 professionals, they have successfully placed more than 10,000 candidates in a variety of industries, including IT, manufacturing, healthcare, and finance.
