Visual Artist

Nattiwut Choomanowat is a Thai visual artist whose practice bridges the elegance of classical painting with the vibrant chaos of contemporary society.

Working primarily in oil painting and grounded in Contemporary Classicism, he reinterprets social realities through a playful yet critical lens.

By transforming the complexities of modern life into refined, classically inspired compositions, his work creates a satirical and engaging dialogue about the world we inhabit today.

He holds both a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) from Silpakorn University, Thailand.

His solo exhibitions include Hakuna Matata (2023), The Art of Survival (2019), and The Twelve Labours of Hercules (2018), all presented at Number 1 Gallery in Bangkok.

Nattiwut has also participated in international art fairs and group exhibitions such as Art Fair Philippines (Manila), Art Expo Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), and HUMAN-19 at Number 1 Gallery, Bangkok.
