NicotxHam is an A&R, Artist Booking Manager, and Event Organizer at Dhavision, working closely with DhaBands, the founder and creative director of the label. Known for his drive, intuition, and ability to connect with artists, Ham has become one of the core people helping Dhavision grow its talent network and live-event presence.

He began his journey in the event and organization scene, gaining early experience managing shows, handling logistics, and coordinating creative teams. Through his early work in these environments, he learned how artist communities operate behind the scenes and how to support them effectively.

Ham later helped develop VisionX, an event platform focused on showcasing upcoming artists and pushing new sounds into the spotlight. This momentum led him to join his first tour, expanding his real-world experience in artist relations, touring operations, and performance management.

As his skill set grew, Ham naturally evolved into A&R and artist booking—negotiating deals, scouting new talent, and supporting Dhavision’s artist roster alongside DhaBands.

Today, NicotinexHam is a key figure at Dhavision, helping bridge artists, events, brands, and opportunities—driving the movement forward with energy, culture, and vision.
