Nigel has worked in media for many decades the last 4 of which have been in Asia. He ran the Bangkok Post for 10 years from ’88 to ’98. Then moved to HK to run the International Herald Tribune Asia/Pacific for a couple of years before joining the Sing Tao Media group. He retired to Bangkok in 2003 along the way acquiring an interest in Thailand Tatler and founding Vogue and GQ in Thailand. He has consulted for a number of international media businesses including the Hindustan Times Group and Conde Nast. He is Chair of NJMedia which represents CNN and Bloomberg in Thailand on commercial matters.

Most recently is working on new media brands: Koktail, Future List 100 by Koktail and Thailand’s Favourite Restaurants by Koktail.
His private life is fairly unadventurous and he seems reluctant to retire although he has recently tried his hand at creating videos on his mobile phone. He has 5 dogs the latest addition being a Yorkie pup called…Koktail.
