Amm is a true all rounder with a strong suit in new business development. Her background varies from rural community development projects, ceramic tableware manufacturing, export business, marketing and brand consulting, product design and prototyping, web design, online marketplace, makerspace service, education and future skill training, venture building, health consulting.

She lead the design launch of tableware brand for hotels and restaurants for her family business and continued the management role in sales and finance. When things got a little less challenging, Amm used her marketing knowledge and business experience to help startups think through their products ideas in various industries. Eventually she joined venture building team and managed 3 new startup projects for prominent real estate firm. Teamed with her husband to start a design and prototyping service to help hardware startups build and test their mvp and find product market fit.

Her latest pursuit is to build a well-being and health consultant empire with the goal of increasing health spans of 100++ families worldwide.
