Noah moved to Thailand in 1993 from the UK for a complete career change from manufacturing to work in ecotourism in south Thailand.
In 1998, he set up a tourism consultancy business that supported national tourism authorities in the Mekong region to develop their tourism destination websites. His business was one of the early online travel agency pioneers and was acquired in 2001 and is now part of Expedia.
Since 2001, Noah has been working back in industry, leading multinational businesses in Thailand and SE Asia. Until 2022, Noah was StanleyBlack&Decker’s Asia lead for manufacturing excellence with responsibility for 26 factories in seven countries.
Noah now runs his own consultancy business, Shepherd Partnership, which helps international manufacturing companies relocate and set up in Thailand as well as working with existing companies to improve their operational efficiency.
Noah has served on the boards of both the British and American Chambers of Commerce in Thailand, he is based in Bangkok and is a naturalized Thai citizen.
