Noel was born and raised in Beverly Hills, California. He grew up having a passion for tennis and film. After high school he moved to Hawaii with his parents and pursued a degree in psychology at the University of Hawaii. He played varsity tennis at UH and was the assistant coach for the men’s and women’s varsity tennis team for two seasons

Soon after graduating he got the entrepreneur bug and started his first business in the food delivery app space. After 20 years in the business he sold his company to a strategic partner and exited gracefully.

Noel has been involved in several other startups including businesses in the electronic high-frequency trading industry while based in Chicago. From that business spawned a startup in the real-time financial news industry based in Washington D.C. with offices in Ottawa, Frankfurt, and London. He then worked in the film industry in London as an Executive Producer.

His latest venture is in the art event space called Art Battle. Art Battle is a live painting competition around the world that was founded in Toronto 20 years ago (not by him). He has recently acquired the license for Bangkok and has brought this exciting global competition to Thailand for the first time.
