Orayaporn Karnchanachari has had the privilege of serving in various leadership roles across the hospitality, automotive, energy, and wellness industries. She currently serves as the Chairman of Radisson Hotel Chateau De Bangkok, where she guides strategic direction, oversees financial performance, and leads initiatives to enhance guests’ experiences and the hotel’s market presence.

In addition to her role at Radisson, she has had the opportunity to serve as Director of several Panasonic companies, contributing to their strategic direction and investment initiatives, and reviewing performance metrics to align with corporate goals and market trends.

As the Founder and CEO of Harness Your Energy, a wellness education and therapy platform, she is passionate and dedicated to promoting health and wellness through educational courses and therapeutic services. She has recently also co-founded Harness Your Beauty, an image consulting business where she oversees business strategy and operations to drive growth and market positioning.

Throughout her career, she has been fortunate to collaborate with experts, instructors, and partners globally, and to contribute to various global NGOs and organisations, including being on the advisory board for the UNDP Thailand, serving as the President of the Young Business and Professional Women Association Bangkok, as Vice President of Zonta Electronic Thailand Club, and as Director of the English Speaking Union Thailand.

Her focus has always been on fostering teamwork, innovation, and sustainable growth within the organisations she is a part of, and contributing to the community both domestically and globally.
