Oscar Tiné is a creative director, producer, and co-founder of the newly-launched creative production company, Fissa. Born in London to French parents and raised in Paris, Oscar later moved to New York to study at Bard College.

He began his career across multiple creative disciplines—including fine art, print, and fashion—before finding his stride in film production.

Since then, he’s collaborated with a wide range of musical artists, including Travis Scott, Normani, Doechii, Steve Lacy, and Don Toliver. A frequent visitor to Thailand for over a decade, Oscar is now putting down roots and bringing his sharp eye, global sensibility, and creative vision to the region.
