Pajaree Rodprasert (Puy) is the Founder and CEO of MIDI Agency, a Thailand-based talent agency with over nine years of experience in scouting and developing talent for the Thai entertainment industry.

Artists represented by MIDI Agency have worked across a wide range of media, including films, television dramas, series, commercials, music videos, reviews, and high-profile fashion shows. Their credits include hit films such as Our House, Pano 2, Khun Pan 3, and SLR. They have also appeared in numerous productions on Channel 3 and Channel 7, popular Netflix series such as School Tales and Rock & Soul, and most recently walked the runway at Elle Fashion Week Thailand 2024–2025.

Beyond securing opportunities, Puy places strong emphasis on continuous skill development, ensuring that her talents are always prepared for diverse roles. She also instills a professional mindset, encouraging discipline, approachability, respect for collaborators, and openness to learning and feedback.

In addition to talent management, Puy brings nearly 20 years of experience in event organization for a wide range of brands in Thailand. She also provides casting support by sourcing freelance actors for various productions.

Currently, Puy is seeking new opportunities both in Thailand and internationally to further expand her agency and elevate the talents she represents.
