Parin Sarasin is a Bangkok-based business development leader and cultural strategist with a passion for turning spaces into stories. As Business Opportunity Manager at Glowfish Workplace, he has led the transformation of traditional office environments into vibrant ecosystems that integrate work, wellness, and creativity—helping Glowfish expand across Sathorn, Asoke, and Siam with consistently high occupancy and strong community engagement.

Parin is also the founder of Good Afterwork, a cultural initiative that redefines work-life integration through music, shared rituals, and creative gatherings. Held twice monthly at Glowfish, Good Afterwork blends live music, casual networking, and a soul-nourishing atmosphere—attracting professionals, artists, and entrepreneurs who believe that meaningful connection happens after hours.

With a background in Television Production from SCAD and a Master’s in Media Management from The New School, Parin brings a unique blend of creative thinking and business acumen to everything he does. He has also co-founded ventures like Coda Music Studios and The Food School, reflecting his long-standing commitment to Thailand’s creative economy and soft power.

Whether advising on placemaking strategy, launching boutique brands, or curating experiential events, Parin focuses on designing environments where people and ideas can thrive. His mission: to create real value through authenticity, culture, and connection.
