Plinn Pratoommas
Costume Designer / Costume Supervisor / Stylist
Plinn Pratoommas is a costume professional with a cross-cultural background in film and fashion. Born in the United States, he later relocated to Thailand—an early transition that helped shape his adaptability and global perspective within the creative industry.
He began his career in the film industry in 2007, starting in the production department. This early experience provided him with a strong understanding of on-set operations, workflows, and collaboration across departments. Over time, his growing interest in visual storytelling through clothing led him toward a more creative path within costume and fashion.
To further develop his creative and technical foundation, Plinn studied Fashion Design in Paris. The experience refined his design sensibility and strengthened his ability to translate narrative, character, and emotion into wardrobe. After returning from Paris, he worked extensively as a Stylist and Personal Stylist, collaborating with a wide range of clients and productions that required both creative precision and a deep understanding of individual identity.
In recent years, Costume Supervisor has become Plinn’s primary role, marking the latest stage of his professional evolution. He has served as Costume Supervisor on major international feature films, including Fountain of Youth directed by Guy Ritchie and Last Days directed by Justin Lin. Alongside his supervisory work, he continues to contribute to upcoming international projects as a Costume Designer and Head Stylist, expanding his creative presence across global film and visual media.
