Managing Director

Polo Ruesz is the founder and Managing Director of Live Promotions BKK, a creative production and cultural business development company connecting international artists, brands, institutions, and audiences across Southeast Asia.

Born in France and raised in Thailand, Polo spent more than a decade in the French music industry before returning to Bangkok, where he now leads Live Promotions and its team across event production, artist development, sponsorship, cultural programming, and market entry.

One of Live Promotions’ key missions is curating and developing World Music Day Bangkok, a free city music festival inspired by the Fête de la Musique spirit.

Live Promotions also develops JAMBOX x Asia Pillars Music Connection, a live improvisation and music industry networking platform connecting musicians, venues, labels, brands, sponsors, media, and cultural decision-makers.

Recent work includes supporting Julian Marley’s Thailand tour, contributing to the Bangkok campaign around Kraftwerk, organizing BandLab’s offline community events, and preparing international artist tours across Southeast Asia.

Through Live Promotions and the Live Promotions Network, Polo and his team are building a regional ecosystem for international artists entering Southeast Asia and regional talent reaching new stages.
