Pranika Khaitan Rawat is an accomplished entrepreneur and design leader with over 12 years of experience running her design agency, Etch Design. A graduate in communication design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, India, and holding a master’s in leadership and communication from the University of Exeter, UK, she has managed large-scale graphic and production projects for museums in cities like Jaipur & Mumbai, India. Recently, Pranika launched Sketch Party Shop, an e-commerce venture offering ready-to-use decor and party kits for all age groups.

She has been an active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) for ten years, contributing to both the EO Jaipur and EO Bangkok Metropolitan chapters. Passionate about design and entrepreneurship, Pranika currently lives in Bangkok, working remotely while raising her family and leading her business ventures.
