Putipol “Term” Supaton, CEO of Pipatkorn Group of Companies, brings a forward-thinking, second-generation approach to leadership in the industrial minerals sector. Pipatkorn supports industries like ceramics, glass, and aggregates across both domestic and international markets, focusing on sustainable growth that creates value for all stakeholders in the environments where it operates. In addition to his leadership at Pipatkorn, Term co-founded and serves as a director of an asset management company, where he helps tackle non-performing loans and works to provide people with access to affordable housing.

As a long-standing member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), Term has contributed to the organization’s development over the past 13 years, holding multiple board positions within both the Thailand and Bangkok Metropolitan chapters. Currently, he serves as the Accelerator Chair, helping early-stage entrepreneurs scale their businesses with actionable strategies and growth frameworks. He is also actively involved in coaching student entrepreneurs in the Global Student Entrepreneurial Award (GSEA) competition, fostering the next generation of entrepreneurial talent.

With an academic foundation in architecture (Bachelor’s degree) and finance (Master’s degree), Term’s unique combination of creative and analytical skills allows him to approach business challenges from a holistic and innovative perspective. Outside of his professional pursuits, Term is passionate about driving positive change in the entrepreneurial community and believes in the power of collaboration to unlock new opportunities for growth.
