Raju was born and brought up in Mumbai and moved to Bangkok in 2017. With over 15 years of diverse experience in the tech industry, he started as a Web Developer and advanced through roles such as Scrum Master, Project Manager, and eventually Head of Product for Central Group, one of Thailand’s leading e-commerce brands.

Recently, Raju embarked on a new venture by founding “Rethink Lab,” a digital product agency dedicated to empowering early-stage startups. Rethink Lab focuses on offering comprehensive services including product strategy consulting, product development and design, startup acceleration, go-to-market strategy, team building and mentorship, and strategic partnerships.

Passionate about innovation and optimization, Raju aims to establish Rethink Lab as an industry leader in Product Strategy and Development. His vision includes not only developing cutting-edge digital products but also mentoring and coaching startup founders to market their products effectively.

Despite his busy professional life, Raju enjoys traveling with friends, partying, and has a penchant for singing and playing the guitar, activities he hopes to revive. Known for his motivational spirit, he thrives on uplifting others, especially during challenging times. His ultimate goal is to build an extraordinary company recognized for its excellence and leadership in the digital product space.
