French-Thai, Raphael grew up mostly in France. After years at Nestle Switzerland he moved back to Thailand 8 years ago to join Lazada and has contributed to the exponential growth and scale up of the marketplace we know today.

Passionate about team and employee growth, he led teams in different functions such as Operation, Seller Customer Care, Commercial, and Platform.

He is currently looking over the platform management, enabling customer value improvement by defining and implementing data-driven strategies, policies, and mechanisms to improve sellers performance, Lazmall, and marketplace service standards.
