Robert’s experience in real estate spans over 30 years, covering residential, commercial, property management and research, both locally and regionally. He is the longest-serving expatriate in the Thailand real estate market and is one of the most experienced office leasing professionals in the industry. Robert moved to Bangkok in 1993 with JLL, focusing on office leasing and later becoming head of the Office Leasing Department in 1997. Since joining Savills in 2005, Robert has managed multiple corporate real estate accounts for multi-national companies, including relocations, renewals and strategic consulting. Robert has managed multiple tenant representation assignments, including several landmark pre-lease commitments in Bangkok for some of the largest space occupiers.
