With a team of 35 talented individuals under Mac’s guidance, they are at the forefront of creating a cutting-edge social networking application designed specifically for the Japanese market. This innovation platform incorporates the latest technologies, including blockchain and machine learning, to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.

Mac takes on the responsibility of nurturing and expanding their teams, implementing strategies that foster growth and efficiency. To achieve this, they have adopted the LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) framework, transitioning from traditional siloed teams to cross-functional teams. Over the course of six months, Mac has successfully led the team in this transformation, aligning their efforts and leveraging their diverse skill sets to drive collaborative development.
