Mr. Royi Gal, an entrepreneur with extensive experience in jewelry design, production, and marketing, leads strategy, planning, processes, client relationships, product development, and sales at Bangkok-based Royi Sal Ltd., where he serves as President.

Founded in Mr. Gal’s parking lot in 2001 as a modest start-up, Royi Sal has since expanded to a state-of-the-art facility spanning 2,000 sqm, and now employs over 100 people. The team includes talented designers, skilled craftspeople, and experienced support staff.

The company is notable for the working conditions and benefits it offers, which result in exceptionally low staff turnover. Mr. Gal sees this as the most important factor for maintaining the company’s quality standards, which are key to its success.
