Regional Music Attaché for Asia

With 20 years’ experience in international cultural cooperation, particularly in promoting the French music industry abroad, Sabrina has over 15 years’ professional experience in the Asia-Pacific region. In France, she continued her work promoting music and performing arts by supporting groups, musical ensembles, and dance companies in their international development. Since 2022, she has been posted to the French Embassy in Singapore as Regional Music Attaché to promote France’s creative music economies in Asia and foster exchanges between the Asian and French music ecosystems.

At the diplomatic level, she works with French cultural operators (CNM – French National Music Center, French Institute, Business France, etc.) and private music stakeholders to help export all sectors of the French music industry (artists, labels, promoters, publishers, festivals, start-ups & music tech, French copyright model promotion, etc.). Her main mission is to connect French and international professionals and facilitate networking and market knowledge by sharing resources, data, and studies on France’s creative and cultural economy.
