Sailamphun (Tangkwa) Potibal is originally from Bangkok. She has a political science degree from Chulalongkorn University and is currently pursuing another law degree from the same university. Tangkwa is a Newlogic veteran. She led the establishment of Workshop Ventures (Newlogic Thailand) when she joined in 2019 as general manager.

Workshop Ventures is a Thai subsidiary company of Newlogic, a software consultancy company headquartered in Singapore. Workshop Ventures offers extensive consulting services on technology, communication and outreach and research and policy advisory. As well as offering event management, catering and hosting and talent recruitment services. Tangkwa’s responsibilities include ensuring seamless operations between different departments such as service or customer relations as well as back of house operations like logistics and accounting.

Prior to her career in business management, Tangkwa was a political and economic expert of the Polish embassy in Bangkok.

Tangkwa spends her free time studying law on digital assets and admires history and culture through food and beverage.
