Sebastien is a seasoned international business leader with extensive experience in marketing and sales, having held various roles in small (Dextra) and large organization (Michelin) in both B2B and B2C sectors. Over the past decade, he has worked as an expatriate in India, China and Thailand where he has a proven track record of managing full P&L responsibilities and leading deep commercial transformations.

As a people-oriented manager, he is dedicated to fostering team engagement through trust, collaboration, and motivation. He is highly customer-centric, always promoting business orientation and commercial acumen within his team.

Outside of work, he is passionate about sports, including football and panel tennis and he enjoys expressing his creativity through music and DJing.
