Selin Demir, General Manager of The Great Room, Thailand, is a seasoned commercial leader with a passion for challenging the status quo and elevating organizations to new heights. With a global perspective gained from experiences in Europe, United States, Middle East and SouthEast Asia, Selin is inspired by learning about cultures and understanding global business exchange . Selin joined The Great Room in 2019. The expansion of The Great Room Thailand is attributed to her strong business acumen and collaborative approach.

Selin graduated from the Les Roches Swiss Hotel Management School. She started her career in hospitality, working in leading hotels in various departments from Operations, F&B Services and Business Development.

She grew her roles in renowned hotel groups such as Hyatt Hotels and Abu-Dhabi-based leading hospitality group Rotana Hotels. She was Director of Sales for the iconic Intercontinental Hotel Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates prior to joining The Great Room.
