Shahla brings a wealth of experience from the food and beverage industry, where she has thrived in operations, marketing, and branding. With over 20 years of expertise in restaurant management, catering sales & operations, night club operations and marketing, and hotel F&B, Shahla has made significant contributions to renowned establishments in Shanghai, China and Bangkok, Thailand, such as Simply the Group, Enoterra, The Factory, Party People, White Lotus, The Geisha, The Apartment, Shangri-La Jing’An, and Dusit Thani Bangkok.

Shahla successfully launched her first restaurant in Shanghai, Urban Thai (awarded Time Out Shanghai Best Thai Restaurant 2010), which continues to flourish under one of Shanghai’s leading hospitality groups. She has also collaborated with prominent brands to enhance their local and international market presence, including Z&B Fitness, Feel Good Fitness, Leaf Yoga, Camel Hospitality Group, Xibo, Husk, Bocado, True Legend Hospitality, Tacolicious, Al’s Diner, Little Catch, Farmhouse Juices, and DVA Life.

Now settled in Phuket, Thailand Shahla co-founded and manages several successful F&B ventures, including The Sundeck (Kata), Cannelle Bakery & Co. (Naiharn, Kata, Bangtao – opening end of 2024, Chalong – opening early 2025), and the soon-to-be-opened FIRA.
