Shay Nir is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Hebrew University. He is the owner of Exponential.buzz, a PPC agency specializing in performance marketing, and the co-founder of IKGAI, an investment house. Shay has managed multi-million-dollar advertising budgets, leading successful digital campaigns across numerous countries and platforms. He has also held leadership roles at companies like WadiDigital and Bforex Ltd., where he oversaw digital marketing, product development, and online media operations. Currently, he is building XOCOCO, a startup in Bangkok, Thailand, offering the world’s first premium ready-to-drink chocolate crafted from artisanal Thai cacao.
