Simon Fugère Nadeau is a senior member of RMA Group’s Legal and Compliance team, based in Bangkok. Simon supports RMA Group’s business units globally, which operate in various industries including automotive, engineering, heavy equipment, and hospitality. Simon focuses on key contract negotiation, as well as advising and supporting on corporate matters, M&A transactions, and financing.

Prior to joining RMA Simon served as Project Contract Manager in a major project for Alstom in Hong Kong. Simon has also held positions as Project Contract Manager for Bombardier Transportation Thailand and as Legal Counsel for Bombardier Inc. and Keurig Canada in Montreal.
