Born and raised in Thailand, studied high school in New Zealand, attended a summer school in London, graduated in Product Design at Parsons in New York, designed shoes for adidas in Germany while trained at a footwear development center in China, Siramol is a true global trotter who is now paving a path in the financial industry. In 2022, Siramol joined AIRA Group, a listed company providing variety of financial services with a mission to empower generation of investors to grow their wealth sustainably, while providing supports on their investment decisions. She began her financial career as an intern and less than a year, she had been promoted to the Head of Global Trading division. Siramol is passionate about sports, people and cultures – staying fluid, adaptable and open-minded.

Her adult life has been a quest in pursuit of discovering creative approach to solve problems; establishing connections between different ways of thinking across different industries and experiences, constantly thirst for out of the box thinking. The Creative Thinking framework became her second nature as she navigate through business challenges; fostering creative solutions by bridging unconventional connections and to deliver transformative impact at a financial institution through a designer’s lens.
