She serves as an interim CMO and provides fractional marketing resources to tech startups and major corporations across various industries, including Getty Images, YouTube APAC, Ampverse, TotallyAwesome, Ticketmelon, FlowAccount, and Level Five Asia.

Before launching Nomadic Growth, Som built a career as a B2B global marketing leader, leading teams and driving growth across businesses of all sizes, from early-stage startups to publicly traded enterprises.

Her expertise spans key roles at leading companies in the United States, including Sun Microsystems, Accruent, LivePerson, JW Player, Magnite, and GumGum. Now based in Bangkok, she leads Nomadic Growth, helping startups worldwide navigate the complexities of marketing, sales, and business expansion.
