Souffian Zaeraoui is a distinguished hospitality management professional of dual French and Moroccan nationality, bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in hotel operations, revenue management, and strategic leadership. He has acquired valuable expertise across diverse markets, including France, England, India, and the UAE. Recently, he simultaneously held the positions of Cluster General Manager for 3 hotels and Regional General Manager for Accor, overseeing operations in the UAE and managing a portfolio of 18 hotels comprising 4,400 rooms. His focus on enhancing regional performance and guest satisfaction was driven by innovative commercial strategies and a steadfast commitment to operational excellence.

In 2024, Souffian was honored with the General Manager of the Year award, recognizing his significant contributions to the hospitality industry. He has a proven track record of improving revenue generation and guest satisfaction, leading initiatives that transformed hotel facilities and earned multiple accolades, including TripAdvisor Certificates of Excellence and industry awards for best practices in sustainability.

Souffian holds an MBA in International Hospitality Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and Tourism Management. He is fluent in French and English, with advanced proficiency in Arabic and basic Spanish.
