Based in Bangkok, Steven leads Mastercard’s Loyalty and Personalization Consulting Practice for Asia Pacific.
He has been based in Asia Pacific since 2014 and has experience guiding brands advancing their overall business goals through Loyalty, CRM, Digital Transformation project initiatives with Clients across many sectors including Travel & Hospitality, QSR,Auto, Pharma and Retail.
Prior to Mastercard, Steven held roles as Head of Customer Engagement & Commerce with Ogilvy Thailand & Head of Customer Engagement & Media with Dunnhumby in APAC. He also worked across in a senior consulting role throughout mandates in AIMIA’s Loyalty consulting group in Singapore.
