With a background that includes extensive experience working with a leading international law firm in Thailand, Supavadee is a seasoned professional who has assisted numerous offshore and onshore companies with general corporate matters, commercial agreements, complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings across various industries.

Supavadee also provides valuable guidance to multinational companies in relation to compliance with Thai environmental laws and regulations, including the implications and penalties associated with non-compliance. Her academic major in Natural Resources and Environmental law, has made her an expert in the field and as a result, she has contributed numerous articles on global and local environmental regulations.

Supavadee’s diverse career background also includes experience as a legal news correspondent and reporter for the national news station, and as a spokesperson for a major financial institution. After graduating with a Master’s Degree from Cornell Law School, Supavadee has taken her legal expertise and used it to make a positive impact on her community.

Outside of her demanding work schedule, she finds fulfillment in the pursuit of her other passions, such as cooking, traveling and playing the piano. These pursuits not only bring her joy, but they also provide her with a much-needed balance in her career.
