At Happily.ai, Tim focuses on growth, partnerships, and customer success, working closely with CEOs, HR leaders, and leadership teams to translate behavioral science and people analytics into practical, everyday actions that improve engagement, performance, and retention.

He has supported organizations across industries in designing culture systems that move beyond annual surveys toward continuous feedback, recognition, and meaningful alignment.

Before joining Happily.ai, Tim worked in strategy and consulting roles across Asia-Pacific, advising large organizations on growth, digital transformation, and operational effectiveness.
