Tanakorn Krailassuwan
Director of Photography
Tanakorn Krailassuwan (Poom) is a cinematographer driven by a simple curiosity for light and the stories it can tell in commercial and narrative worlds.
His approach is shaped by a belief in storytelling—finding the natural beauty in a moment and letting the mood of the story lead the way. His journey took Tanakorn to the Maine Media Workshops & College, where he embraced a global perspective on visual storytelling, later contributing to projects ranging from the quiet elegance of fashion pieces for Dior to the collaborative world-building of narrative series for The Player streaming on iQIYI.
Deeply inspired by the diverse cultures of the region, he finds purpose in traveling to capture new perspectives and is eager to collaborate on narrative projects across Asia and worldwide. For Tanakorn, cinematography is a constant journey of learning and an opportunity to bridge different worlds through a shared cinematic language.
