Thomas grew up in the idyllic UK countryside before enrolling at Imperial College London to pursue an engineering degree. After completing a bachelor’s and a master’s programme, Thomas headed for the United States where he spent half a decade working for Microsoft as an engineer in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Having married a Thai national, in the early part of the pandemic, Thomas came to Thailand and got involved in a project that would become TAO BIN.

As the Chief Technology Officer at TAO BIN, Thomas oversees the development of the ‘operations platform’ – the backbone of TAO BIN. This platform is the driving force behind maintaining machine uptime and performance, efficiently scheduling maintenance, and ensuring seamless inventory replenishment.

Outside of work, Thomas likes to hike, travel, and play the piano.
