Tim is a serial entrepreneur with three successful exits in Southeast Asia, currently building Kubegrade, a solution for effortless Kubernetes cluster upgrades.

Most recently, he co-founded TendoPay, the leading employee benefits provider in the Philippines, which was acquired by Tonik Bank in 2023. His entrepreneurial journey combines technical innovation with strong growth leadership, having managed both B2C marketing and B2B sales teams. Active in the Southeast Asian startup ecosystem, Tim hosts the “Next Big Wave” podcast for founders and serves as an investor at Buko Ventures, providing value-add angel funding to Philippine startup founders.

He was also an early investor in DotYeti.com (acquired). A graduate of HEC Montréal in Finance, Tim brings extensive experience in scaling startups and building long-lasting client relationships across Southeast Asia. Currently based in Bangkok, he’s deeply involved in the local startup community.
