Ton started his career as in London as a consultant in real estate specialising in valuation for merger and acquisitions in real estate, then spent a large chunk of his career working in real estate development projects with Raimon Land Plc responsible in initiating projects such as the Lofts Asoke, the Lofts Silom, the Estelle, Tait12, and latest addition to the portfolio: the OCC.

He has since left the company in 2022 and co-founded Jade Partners, Thailand’s first real estate private equity firm in real estate that utilises Thailand’s Private Trust structure in deploying its funds in real estate project, delivering higher level of transparency, tax efficiency and allowing investors to participate directly in real estate projects developed by medium to large developers and publicly traded their investment units Over-the-Counter (OTC).

Jade Partners is currently working with many local and regional family offices in its second and third funds, targeting hospitality sector and special real estate acquisition projects.
