Becoming a director wasn’t something she initially envisioned for herself. Vilacini started her journey as an intern and gradually worked her way up to becoming a creative content provider for TV programs. In that role, she developed scripts, created content, and oversaw productions from pre-production through post-production. That experience eventually led her to create a wide range of content for multiple TV channels, including edutainment programs and travel documentaries.

She then spent several years at DIR4, which later became Brandthink House, where she worked as both a creative and a commercial director. It was there that she honed her ability to develop ideas that balanced creativity with client objectives, working on projects across various industries.

After a decade in the commercial film industry, she decided to step into the world of freelancing to explore new and diverse opportunities. She also founded HER FILM, her own small production house, where she takes on projects independently. However, she remains open to collaborating with other production houses as a director, contributing her experience and perspective to a variety of projects.

For her, every project is an opportunity to learn, and her passion for storytelling remains the driving force behind her work. At the end of the day, her goal is simple: to create work that resonates with people and leaves a lasting impression.
