Vincent is a French lawyer and entrepreneur based in Bangkok since 2015. He has extensive experience advising startups and SMEs from various industries on starting and running their businesses in Thailand and throughout Southeast Asia. With an entrepreneurial mindset, Vincent founded Belaws in 2017, a one-stop legal tech platform connecting expert lawyers to clients, and Becorps in 2020, a digital corporate secretary platform. In 2021, he opened the Bangkok office of RBA, a regional accounting, tax, and corporate advisory firm.

Active in the business community, Vincent has served as Vice President of the Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce and as a board member of The French Tech Bangkok. He holds three Master’s Degrees in International Commercial Law from La Sorbonne Law School in Paris, in International Business Law from the University of Exeter in the UK, and a Magistere in Franco-British law from the University of Rennes. He also passed the Paris bar exam. When he’s not sharing advice or connecting people, you can find him riding big bikes in the North or relaxing at Koh Samui.
