Vincent is an experienced Industrial Operations Manager with over 15 years of work in Thailand. His career has taken him through various important roles in a factory, such as Quality & Production Manager and positions focused on improving
processes and maintenance. Currently, as a Plant Director, he oversees these departments and ensures that daily operations run smoothly to meet customer demands.

Vincent’s approach to work has always been to embrace new challenges when moving to a different role. This mindset has led him to work in diverse industries, each with its own unique characteristics. These industries include civil engineering and automotive, which prioritize safety, and composite parts, where finding the right balance between weight and strength is crucial. He has also worked in optical lens manufacturing, fresh dairy food production, metal stamping, plastic injection, and latex mattress manufacturing. Each of these industries has specific requirements and challenges, allowing him to continuously expand his knowledge and adaptability.
