Watcharawit “Koon” Ya-inta, is a Steadicam and camera operator based in Bangkok, Thailand. He has worked on a handful amount of feature films and TV shows for major studios such as Apple TV, Paramount+, Amazon prime, Netflix, HBO. (Shantaram, No Escape, The Flight Attendant, Kate, Thai Cave Rescue)

Koon is honored to hold the esteemed distinction of being the first Thai camera operator member of the Society of Camera Operators (SOC) in US and Association of Camera Operators (ACO) in UK.

Upon completing his bachelor degree at Academy of Art University majoring in Cinematography, Koon embarked on a professional journey in Los Angeles, where he honed his skills for several years before returning to Thailand.

Camera operation has always been his passion and area of expertise. In addition to his proficiency in camera operation, he also likes to design things to solve problems on a film set. That led to his own brand of camera accessories Ya-inta Cinema Gear Engineering. Where he engineers and manufactures by himself.
