William Schwartz is the founder and CEO of Root Communications, a cross-border PR agency based in New York and Singapore, dedicated to helping APAC technology companies expand globally. With extensive experience in working with a diverse range of fast-growing technology firms, William specializes in navigating the complexities of cross-border marketing and communications. His clientele includes emerging and frontier market startups, unicorns, and NASDAQ-listed public companies.

In addition to his leadership role at Root Communications, William holds advisory positions with SOSV, one of the world’s most active early-stage global venture capital firms, Cornell-Tech in New York, and the Ministry of Science and ICT in South Korea.
